Shipping policy

Every order is packed with care in Cardston, Alberta, and shipped out as fast as we can.

Carriers We Use

Right now, we primarily ship with Canada Post because they give the best value for getting your gear to you safely.
If a Canada Post service disruption occurs (such as a strike), we’ll switch to alternate carriers (Purolator, Canpar, ICS Courier, etc.) to keep things moving.

Delivery Options

• Local Pickup (Cardston, AB) → Free. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

• Within Alberta → Typically 2–5 business days.

• Rest of Canada → Typically 5–10 business days.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after purchase. Limited drops or restocks may take longer — if so, we’ll keep you updated.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our hands.

Delays

If Canada Post experiences disruptions, deliveries may take longer than usual. We’ll update customers by email and post updates on our site/socials if that happens.
